Have some visual context information in the dashboard (and reports) about where the information comes from

Especially after adding the possibility to query a local db in addition to the default swh api one (see #4605), we need to make it visible which scanning information shown to the user (dashboard or textual reports) comes from which source of information.

This is somewhat also related to #4603 where the provenance information sometimes lack context in some cases.
