winery: Add support for CompositeObjId

This was missed in 667cb87b as that backend is not fully tested by the CI.

Winery's primary hash is sha256. I expect that might break some other tests?

I have to say that the fact that things went through unimpeded with sha1 is a tiny bit concerning!

Well, the ceph related part in the implementation is not covered by tests so I am not really surprised.

And I'm not so far in the deployment to reach the ceph backend so
