swh.objstorage: Make the api use explicit configuration (+ checks)

  • Open wsgi entrypoint for production use
  • Unify behavior with the vault (make_app, ...)
  • Bootstrap swh.objstorage cli
  • Checks the minimal configuration is ok and fail otherwise
