Ceph Sepia lab for performance testing

Loïc Dachary has access to the Ceph Sepia lab https://wiki.sepia.ceph.com/. It will be useful as a testbed to host performance tests that are run on a regular basis. Since Ceph is part of the object storage architecture, such performance tests would guard against performance regressions.

Such performance tests already exist and are based on CBT. See the cosbench 64K r/w test for instance.
