replayer/cli: Allow stop_after_objects to be set from configuration

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge mr/allow_stop_after_object_configuration into master

It's currently not possible to declare it in the configuration file.

It's marked as already being provided (and it is with None when the flag is not used).
