Only log "not in source" errors if the object also doesn't exist at the destination
Under some circumstances, when compacting a topic, kafka may put some old messages at the front of the topic again.
When this happens, the replayer will have to go through these contents again. When it is configured on a (partial, recent) view of the object storage, it may log a lot of "object does not exist in source" messages, even though these objects actually exist in the destination.
Before logging these warnings, we should check the destination for the existence of these objects (and avoid logging, or log separately, if the object exists).
