svn sub-project dump fails to be loaded when using svnrdump but succeeds when using rsvndump

Example of a subversion sub-project (not rooted at repository root) dump that fails to be loaded by svnadmin
when dump was generated using svnrdump
but succeeds when dump was generated using rsvndump
.
