Some svn sub-project dump files generated by svnrdump cannot be loaded by svnadmin
When dumping a subversion sub-project (whose path is not the root one in a repository, https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/announcement/tags/announcement-2.9.1 for instance) using the svnrdump tool, some dump files cannot be loaded by svnadmin
and thus such subversion origin cannot be loaded into the archive.
Fortunately, the rsvndump tool has been created to workaround that svnrdump limitation so we should use it instead when we detect that the subversion origin to load is a sub-project.
