Run tryout on small sample of svn repositories

worker01

A current instance of swh-loader-task is running on worker01. It crawls the svn.debian.org repositories whose list is swh/meta$60. The queue's name is swh_loader_svn - http://moma.internal.softwareheritage.org:15672/#/queues/%2F/swh_loader_svn.

The current db filled is softwareheritage-test-svn.

At the moment, only 1 repository at a time. (worker01 is already working with swh.fetcher.googlecode to retrieve data).
