pytest_plugin: Migrate to new fixtures from swh-storage pytest plugin

Remove no longer needed override of swh_storage_backend_config.

Use new swh_storage_pipeline_steps fixture to declare backend storage wrappings.

Use new swh_storage_config fixture in swh_loader fixture.
