arch/lister: Drop artifact size approximation

That fails the current loading ingestion as this is expected to be an exact value.

It makes sense indeed, plus we already have the sha256 and/or md5 checksum of the latest version of an arch package. I also think we could update the lister to get those for all available package versions.

Hmm, looks like we only list binary packages with the current implementation ... I do not think this is what we want to archive, we need more work on this.

Ack, I'll just focus on this perimeter (once I successfully fix the build ;)

(I can't seem to fix my local setup so i'm abusing the ci to do it).
