SourceForge lister: missing canonicalisation for http:// URLs

The SourceForge lister is missing canonicalisation for http:// URLs.

When I search for git://git.code.sf.net/p/chromium-bsu/code then the https://git.code.sf.net/p/chromium-bsu/code URL is found.

The missing canonicalisation means that when I search for http://git.code.sf.net/p/chromium-bsu/code then no search results are found.

All three protocols git:// http:// https:// do work for SourceForge git repos and both http:// and https:// work for SourceForge Mercurial hg repos and presumably for svn/cvs/etc too.
