metatadata_dictionary: Fix mypy errors since rdflib 7.1.2 release

rdflib 7.1.2 was released three days ago (including a fix from vlorentz that resolves some bibtex citation generation issues) and modified some typings that now produce mypy errors for swh-indexer.
