metadata_indexer: Use bibliothecary to parse dependencies

Use bibliothecary to parse dependencies from different ecosystems/files listed here

The commit currently only covers the npm indexer. I'll extend it once we have agreement of how we want to store the metadata.

Depends on swh/infra/ci-cd/swh-jenkins-dockerfiles!54 (merged) and !479 (merged). Both of them should be ready to merge.
