client/explorer: Fixes and improvements

Antoine Lambert requested to merge anlambert/swh-graphql:graphiql-ui-fixes-and-improvements into master

GraphiQL 3.0.0 was released last week so use it for the explorer.

Ensure GraphiQL css file version matches the GraphiQL js file one as previously some styles were broken.

Add default tabs to explorer containing the sample GraphQL queries for SWH.
