ListEarliestRevisions: Remove CSV output and rename to ComputeEarliestTimestamps

We don't use the CSV "directory -> revision" map anymore.

This saves 15 min of runtime, 275GB of RAM, and 350GB of disk on the 2023-09-06 graph.
