docker/conf/vault-worker: Add objstorage configuration

Antoine Lambert requested to merge anlambert/swh-environment:vault-worker-config-add-objstorage into master

Align with production settings and enable vault workers to fetch contents bytes directly from the objstorage to speedup cooking.
