docker/conf: Align some settings with production ones

Antoine Lambert requested to merge generated-differential-D6891-source into generated-differential-D6891-target

In order to mitigate some network issues that might happen when loading an origin into the archive:

  • use storage reverse proxy URL in loader configuration

  • use objstorage reverse proxy URL in storage configuration

Bump client_max_body_size in nginx configuration from 100M to 4GB.
