integrate module dependency graph into swh-docs

swh-environment/doc/ contains some rudimentary tooling to generate a dependency graph of all Software Heritage Python modules. Now that we have the swh-docs module, the dependency graph should be moved there (or thrown away, if it is useless/no longer relevant).
