conf/lister: Add missing lister tasks configuration

Antoine Lambert requested to merge generated-differential-D1974-source into generated-differential-D1974-target

Tasks configuration related to cgit and packagist listers were missing.

Thus, it was impossible to create such listing tasks in the docker-compose environment.
