Add deposit client agreement mention
This MR is to reduce confusion for people who want to become deposit partners and don't know that you need to sign an agreement.
This MR should be the first in many, but if we can merge this before the Zenodo deployment announcement this would be helpful.

Thanks @rboyer! That's a good remark for the use-manual. I'll merge with this simple change and we will discuss major changes for the deposit module in the coming days, keeping in mind the warning proposal.
