Use ISO8601 instead of ad-hoc dates for <swh:deposit_date>

vlorentz requested to merge generated-differential-D7306-source into generated-differential-D7306-target

And Make it non-empty in 'GET Cont-IRI'.

And remove the legacy atom:deposit_date from the 'GET Cont-IRI'. As it was always empty, there is no need to keep it for backward compatibility.
