Write specification for a Zenodo deposit to SWH

This task includes:

• Research existing deposit mechanisms of software on Zenodo.
• Draw interactions between:
  • User - Zenodo - SWH - .zip / .tar.gz - SWHID
  • User - GitHub -Zenodo -SWH (with the automatic integration of releases)
• [ ]Summarize scenarios on a spec page in swh-deposit/doc The content that should be available on the spec page, shouldn't be platform specific
