deduplicate swh_archive_object_total metrics

Vincent Sellier requested to merge vsellier/swh-counters:deduplicate_metrics into master

Before the migration to kubernetes, there was only one source for this metrics. If we activate the service monitor today, the metric will be recorded for each pod so the sum will be the sum of the metrics of all the pods.

Updating the query is a prerequisie to reactivate the refresh of the counters.
