Test removal/restore from ElasticSearch

Jérémy Bobbio (Lunar) requested to merge lunar/docker:test-removal-from-search into master

We now test that swh alter remove actually removes origins from ElasticSearch. We also test that swh alter recovery-bundle restore actually restores the origins to ElasticSearch.
