Set name when triggering Add Forge Now pipelines on the SWH GitLab

Currently pipeline titles default to the last commit on the AFNR GitLab repo,
which mentions the previously archived forge, which confuses forge admins,
resulting in some more emails for the AFNR moderators to reply to.
