Deprecate /origin/log route

This fix deprecates and redirects /origin/log?origin_url=<url> and
/origin/<url>/log to /snapshot/log/
- Generic function to redirect to a new route.
- Generic logic to forward url args and query params.
- Initial tests for snapshot view.
- Documentation updates
