We need reliable and efficient operations:

• stability
• scalability
• monitoring

To organize and track the work in the area of outreach activities and to convey key information to leadership, we need to have a clear strategy how to improve the operations.

With this milestones we will, at the end of 2023, have clear outreach pipelines which will be implemented with shared tools.
