- blackify all the python files,
- enable black in pre-commit,
- add a black tox environment.

Future benchmarks are expected to be based on SWH use-cases and to use
random starting node for traversals (to do statistical analysis).

The LinuxLog.java is kept as archive in reports/linux_log.
