Investigate parsl library for orchestration script management

See the comment in #50, where @vsellier proposed looking into the parsl library. @simeoncarstens started playing around with this in this branch. He started parslying the Winery object storage scripts. Let's finish this as a PoC and when we find that this makes things easier to maintain and possibly more stable, we can decide whether we want to transfer this approach to other components, too.
