Web API: add a user-friendly way to retrieve Vault bundles in /browse

Currently the only way to retrieve Vault bundles is through the API, which is not that great for user-facing content. It would be cool to have a page that displays the current progress and does regular polling on the backend to see how many objects are left to be cooked.
