create Revision Indexer

  • BaseIndexer- modify to be more abstract
    • ContentIndexer - add
    • RevisionIndexer - add
  • RevisionMetadataIndexer
  • tests for indexer (with Mock storage)
  • update Readme
  • swh-metadata-detector as tool used by RevisionMetadataIndexer to detect metadata files
  • call ContentMetadataIndexer if content wasn't indexed already
