update database/storage size estimation using current content of SWH DB

We've now injected 600k+ non-fork, randomly selected GitHub repositories in the SWH DB, and counting. Using the DB we can now update our database size estimation, using real data.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
