nixpkgs manifests list "recursive" file which are missing information to recompute their hashes

So we cannot check their integrity without failing the hash integrity check in the loader [0] [1] [2].

For now, the only viable solutions would be to skip them from the listing (not be blocked by the few origins like this). And then report upstream the manifest issues.
