Add an option to enable the swh-search QL for some users
It is currently only available to the staff, it would be nice to be able to turn it on for select users who want to try it.

Hi @vlorentz, I wasn't aware that the SWH staff members are using the query language. I thought that it is yet to be used by anyone. I'd like to try it and maybe even restart contributing whenever I'm free :)

yes! it works on all the origins, and all metadata we have indexed (still https://docs.softwareheritage.org/devel/swh-indexer/metadata-workflow.html#supported-intrinsic-metadata , it didn't change since you last looked at it)
