Create in keycloak the swh-deposit-moderator role

A swh-deposit-moderator is an actor that needs to access the deposit moderation view without creating/pushing deposits. We have the swh-deposit role for the actual client that can push deposits and view the moderation view. This new role is limited to see the moderation view of 1 or more clients. For example, a swh-deposit-moderator can have access to hal deposits and ipol deposits.

This new role should be in staging and in prod.

Impacts:

  • swh-web: to actually allow the access to the moderation view ui
  • keycloak (realms staging, production): actually declare that new role
