Separate save code now request updates from the save code now ui

If one does not go in the ui and browse through paginated pages, the visit status on save requests won't be updated. And through dashboard or psql queries, will result in apparent stale save code now requests. This confuses status report.

Separate the logic update from the listing ui should clarify such report. And will avoid future desynchronized save request status report.
