Engage with CWI to use links to archived repository in SWH

In the CWI repository a software entry has this format: https://ir.cwi.nl/pub/22371

-> when clicking on full-text there is a redirection to GitHub.

The idea is to propose to them to use SWHIDs or similarly to SwMath a link to the origin.

keep in mind that it can also result in a deposit, since the service resemble HAL in the NL
