backfill origin-visit and origin-visit-status topics

Now that the origin-visit are immutable, backfilling both origin-visit and origin-visit-status topics is needed:

origin-visit: their fields status, snapshot and metadata no longer exist
origin-visit-status: only new ones from 2 months or so are present (since it initially got deployed)
