Promote SWH badges

As soon as badges are deployed, we need to:

• inform Dirk Roorda, and offer him to use these badges
• contact Guido to add the badge to all the SWHAP results
• update the Apollo 11 blog post to use the badges when showing the use of SWH-IDs
• promote badges on RDA/FORCE11 mailing lists
• tweet CMM Readme
• prepare blog post about badges ?
