UpdateGitRepository tasks not scheduled fast enough

Since the 2024-05-22 afternoon (~6PM CEST), it seems the scheduler is not scheduling the git loader task as fast as they are consumed.

The git loaders are downscaled to ~ half the capacity of the pool:
