Recent/active codeberg repositories are slow to be archived

The Gitea lister is not discovering the repositories on codeberg.org from the user jwilk.

They have 12 repositories, the first one was created on 2023-07-13 so the lister should have discovered and saved them by now.

The search interface does not find any repositories from jwilk.
