Deploy swh.loader.git v2.1.0

Deploy new version of the git loader in staging and production.

Changelog: bugfix for incremental loading.

• staging: update swh-apps images (swh-loader-git and swh-loader-highpriority)
• staging: update swh-charts image versions
• staging: check that the deployment is happening and working
• production: check debian packages https://jenkins.softwareheritage.org/job/debian/job/packages/job/DLDG/job/gbp-buildpackage/
• production: merge swh-charts for add forge now and large repository loaders
• production: update all workers (high priority and loader git)
• production: check that everything is running ok
