Reset kafka offsets of swh.search.journal_client.indexed-v0.11 on swh.journal.indexed.origin_extrinsic_metadata

It seems the change to https://forge.softwareheritage.org/D8703 made it consume from the latest messages, but its offsets should be reset to consume from the beginning, in order to backfill metadata indexed in the past.
