Deploy swh-indexer v2.7.0

It adds indexing for Gitea and fixes a bunch of incorrect data.

Staging:

• Upgrade package on workers
• Restart workers
• Reset journal client on the swh.journal.objects.raw_extrinsic_metadata topic (to actually run the new SWORD metadata mapping)
• Wait ~10 minutes to make sure they don't crash

Production:

• Upgrade package on workers
• Restart workers
• Reset journal client on the swh.journal.objects.raw_extrinsic_metadata topic (to actually run the new SWORD metadata mapping)

I don't get that part. No puppet change were applied that i know of.
