production: Save Code Now requests for bazaar origins are not scheduled

It seems that SCN requests for bazaar origins do not get scheduled and thus submitted origins are not loaded into the archive.

Typing bzr in the search input of the SCN requests list shows that every accepted bazaar requests are in the state not yet scheduled.
