Deploy swh-search for production

Deploy the swh-search stack for production. This index will be used by the webapp deployed on T2904

It needs :

• a new ES cluster hosted on the promox node
• deploy a new node with the swh-search backend and the swh-search-journal-client
• Launch a new indexation on all the production origins
• test the basic performances
• wire webapp1 on this cluster
