end-to-end testing of https://archive.softwareheritage.org/api/1/stat/counters
We'd like to notice when the webapp goes down. A simple nagios check that performs an HTTP GET on a simple API method (e.g., https://archive.softwareheritage.org/api/1/stat/counters) would do.
