Cleanup Phabricator codenames

Project names are currently set to Phabricator codenames (e.g. DAUTH, DCORE, DCNT). Since the switch to GitLab, they have lost their relevance. While harmless, it would probably be worthwhile to remove the extra set of identifiers.
