Hide Citations tab when no citations metadata available ?

Currently, when there is no citation metadata (codemeta.json or citation.cff file) reachable from the browse context, an error message is displayed in the Citations tab.

Maybe it would be better to hide the Citations Web UI for such cases ? Nevertheless it should be done asynchronously on the client side as some requests to the archive must be done and this could slow down page loadings if performed on the backend side.
